SYNOPSIS
Returns one or all of the authenticating user's saved searches.
SYNTAX
Get-TwitterSavedSearch [-Id <String>] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Returns one or all of the authenticating user's saved searches.
A user can have up to 25 saved searches.
