SYNOPSIS
Likes or un-likes the specified Tweet as the authenticating user.

Unlike
Set-TweetLike -Id <String> [-Unlike] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Likes or un-likes the specified Tweet as the authenticating user.
The immediately returned Tweet object may not indicate the resultant status of the Tweet.
